Require all medical facilities within your state, including online establishments, that provide hormones and other products and services intended to advance pediatric sex transitions to issue reports relating to their involvement and participation in transitions that reveals:
– the adequacy of informed consent
– written practice guidelines
– how many minors are being transitioned
– the age of all minor patients being transitioned
– full disclosure of associated adverse events.
Provide penalties for anyone who seeks to hide participation in pediatric sex transitions by using inapt medical codes, such as, but not limited to, endocrine codes or breast reduction codes.
