Rein in Your State Child Protective Services (CPS)
Problem:
In far too many instances, gender activists and their supporters have weaponized CPS against parents. Expressing your love for your child by choosing not to “affirm” her or him is not child abuse.
Solution:
Adopt a state law akin to existing federal law that allows a civil rights lawsuit against a government actor who has violated the rights of a parent or legal guardian. To prevent CPS and any other state employee from attempting to move forward with a pediatric sex transition, including one involving an emancipated minor, eliminate “immunity” in any such instance and allow a private right of action to hold accountable any person who would violate your state law.
Why this works:
A new, robust state law is necessary to stop gender activists and their supporters who have weaponized CPS and other state agencies against parents.
