Protect the Free Speech and Freedom of Conscience of All Medical Professionals
Problem:
Many aspiring and practicing medical professionals are unwilling to speak up about DEI-related wrongs that they have witnessed, for fear of retaliation by medical schools, hospitals, and even accrediting organizations. These aspiring and practicing medical professionals understandably are afraid of being expelled or losing their jobs, livelihoods, and opportunities.
Solution:
Make it unlawful for medical schools, hospitals, and accrediting organizations to retaliate in any way against a medical professional who reports DEI-related wrongdoing or declines to participate in DEI indoctrination—such as DEI pledges, mandates, trainings, and all other involuntary DEI-based instruction—in medicine.
Why this works:
Because many DEI proponents believe the only remedy for past discrimination is present discrimination, they will not stop bullying and harassing those over whom they hold power. Protecting the free speech and freedom of conscience of aspiring and practicing medical professionals will help end DEI tyranny, and ensure these individuals will not suffer possible career-ending consequences for reporting DEI wrongdoing or refusing to participate in DEI indoctrination.
