Problem:
Gender advocates will stop at nothing to keep medically transitioning children. To keep pushing puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and surgeries on minors, they will bend (and sometimes break) the law and they will endeavor to hide their actions from you and from children’s parents. To this end, a virtual syndicate of gender activists exists that is composed of teachers, school administrators, social workers, other radical gender activists, and medical practitioners who specialize in pediatric sex transitions. These gender activists will not stop unless you take action to stop them.
Solution:
Make it unlawful for any hospital, clinic, school, institution or individual to hide a pediatric sex transition, including social transition, from a child’s parents or legal guardians.
– Ensure the parents or legal guardians have total access to the child’s medical and school records, consistent with all existing state laws.
– Your state law should specify that privacy does not extend to pediatric sex transitions. This exception is necessary because gender activists will always interpret the law to hide what they are doing.
– Additionally, impacted parents or legal guardians should have a private right of action to hold any hospital, clinic, school, institution or individual fully accountable.
Why this works:
Secret sex transitions of children are among the most heinous outrages in human history was quite literally unthinkable only a few years ago. Your constituents expect you to do everything within your power to end this wrong and protect the most innocent among us. Clearly, a minor child is incapable of making such a life-altering decision alone, and those who push secret pediatric sex transitions deserve maximum condemnation and punishment under the law.
